Who are DOR-2-DOR ?
|
|
|
DOR-2-DOR (UK) is a division of the Zone Marketing Group which has been established since 1987 and operates from our head office, in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. We specialise in the door to door distribution of customers own leaflets or brochures. In addition we can design and print leaflets for most types of business and we publish the unique DOR-DROPZ™ Local Community Cooperative Mailer. We are full members of the Direct Marketing Association. The DMA has a strict membership accreditation process and monitors the performance of its members amongst whom are all the major operators in the field including the Royal Mail.

How is the material distributed ?

Our leaflets are NOT distributed with free newspapers. Most of our clients agree that free newspapers detract considerably from the impact of leaflets inserted in them. Our leaflets are carefully delivered by responsible, trained and fully monitored adults. We offer our clients Shared, Solus or SolusPlus™ distribution options. With Shared or SolusPlus distribution the leaflets will be delivered with other leaflets of a non competitive nature.

How do I choose what areas I want delivered
|
|
|
Using household counts from the Royal Mail postcode sector PAF file, we have developed our own delivery rounds for each location we cover. These coverage areas are available in A4 map form showing each delivery round and the number of households or delivery points in that round. Each office will be able to supply socio-demographic information about each round and the likely impact of the customers product or service in that area. How do you backcheck your distributions ?
|
|
|
DOR-2-DOR has developed a unique method of backchecking. Using this system we distribute one our own leaflets publicising DOR-2-DOR and inviting members of the public to contact us about the services we offer or to become one of our growing team of deliverers. The responses are processed at Head Office, they are sorted geographically by delivery area and postcode on a daily basis. Each response we receive enables us to track the progress of the deliverer thus ensuring that the job is being properly carried out. Furthermore our adult deliverers are carefully trained as to the correct way to place the leaflets through the letterbox and onto the doormat ensuring maximum visual impact and potential response.
